Based on an authentic Pennsy prototype used system wide, signals of this type are still in use today. The kit includes highly detailed plastic parts, including two each of the Pennsy's signature round and flat sided signal heads. The kit builds a non-working replica, but working signals can be modeled with the Circuit Board and LEDs in kit #538-144, sold separately.
