Requirements & Suggestions
- Fuel: O.S. suggests 10 to 30% nitro. However, they suggest starting with 20% nitro and changing to a higher or lower nitro content if required. Fuel should also contain 18% lubricant.

- O.S. does not recommend running this engine in any salt water environment. Under such conditions, it is difficult to prevent the engine from becoming corroded and eventually inoperable..
- OS suggests using a 36-40mm diameter prop with 1.2-1.6 pitch.:
- High Speed Needle: 2 turns OUT from closed position per page 17 of manual. Low Speed Needle (aka: Mixture Control Valve): Rotate the screw until the head is flush with the carb body. Then turn the screw IN exactly 1/2 turn per page 23 of manual.:
