"A good kit but not for beginners !"

This kit enables to build the famous Tommy Grove Mustang Funny car as shown on the box. This is a well detailled kit with full drag engine and specific wheels. The decals are of good quality and the base paint scheme is quite basic. Thus, this kit is not so easy to build. The chassis must be assembled very precisely and can require some homemade tools for a perfect assembly. The drawings of the instructions sheet are not always precise (IE the body interior). This beautiful kit is for intermediate to advanced modelers.

This old school funny car model brings back to me the good old school days when I was a kid.

This kit is a bargain at this price. Nice details and good fit to parts with very little clean up needed. Assembling the chassis took a little patience but other than that no negatives. Lots of room to add detail which will be easily seen to take this to the next level.
