Super Chief II Multi-Stage Model Rocket
This US sounding rocket combined the Talos booster and Castor sustainer to reach altitudes up to 190 miles.
The rocket was a scientific vehicle used to gather data on daytime air glow from high altitude.
This sport-scale model of the Super Chief II also has two stages. It stages a D motor to a B or C motor.
The model rocket kit includes wrap-around bands, hatches, and decals to give it the right level of detail.
