This is a 1/72 F-14 Tomcat Plastic Airplane Model Kit. This Revell-Monogram SnapTite kit is for level 1 modelers, ages 8 and up.

Tomcat has a powerful AWG-9 radar that can track several targets at a long range, including cruise missles.
