This is a 1/24 Scale 1939 Chevrolet Coupe Lowrider Plastic Model Kit from Revell. It's a Skill Level 2 Moderate Difficulty Kit for Ages 10 and Up.
Certain cars look "just right" when they're transformed into lowriders and the '39 Chevy is one of them. The 5-window coupe body style makes the transition from a stodgy fat-fender into a smooth lowriding Bomb that looks like it was born to cruise the streets in high style.
