This is a 1/24 Scale 1978 Chevrolet El Camino Lowrider 3 'n 1 Plastic Model Kit from Revell. It's a Skill Level 2 Moderate Difficulty Kit for Ages 10 and Up.
For 1978, Chevrolet introduced a totally redesigned El Camino based on the all new '78 Malibu platform. The new design was a success, and the El Camino would retain the same basic design with minor changes until it was discontin- ued. The dual-purpose El Camino was popular with buyers when it was new, and today it is popular among lowrider and street machine enthusiasts.
101 plastic pieces attached to sprue trees.
Body pieces are molded in white.
Clear pieces included for windshield and windows.
Chrome pieces include window trim, grille, windshield wipers, bumpers, and engine.
Opening hood that reveals a very detailed engine.
Separate frame and floor pan.
Detailed interior.
May be finished one of three ways
-Stock version features Chevy Rally wheels, optional tonneau cover,
and special "Black Knight" decals.
-Custom version has 5-spoke wheels, custom scooped hood, turbo-
charger setup, and optional camper top.
-Lowrider has gold plated wire wheels, lowered suspension, batteries
and hydraulic pumps in bed, and wild lowrider graphics.
