Spotlight Review

"First Build"

This was my first build since my childhood some 20+ years ago. I thought it was a great set. It allows you to build the race or stock version of the car. The only issues I had were with the instructions which weren't very clear on which version required different parts. One of the small pieces it told me to put on would def. not fit into the engine compartment when I lowered the body onto the chassis, so it was left out. Other than that, it was a very fun experience, with lots of detail.

I built and painted mine like the picture on the box. The orange paint looks really good. I like the detailed decals for the instruments and all the dashboard. This kit was a lot of fun to build. I'm very proud of the results. Buy it and you will not be disappointed.

Good part quality and variety for stock or custom selections. Great decals, as well. I was a little disappointed with the custom wheels (too shallow to fit snug in the tire) and the fit of the windshield to the windshield frame.
