1950 Olds Coupe 2 n 1

If you are new to the hobby of scale car models, this kit would be an excellent introduction that would build easily into a fine display piece. To my knowledge, there are no cons to this kit - just pros. And since it's a limited edition, it means that you will have to get a copy fast because once it sells out, it will not be remade. It is also a new tool, which means that the molds were pristine when they started churning out copies. And that means very little cleanup for you. All in all, a win-win for the buyer!

This kit was given to me by my wife and I have to say she picked out a winner. The parts need very little clean up. Detail lines are crisp and clean. Overall detail is outstanding. The rocket 88 engine is very accurate and I detailed it with wires and hoses. The instruction sheet is accurate and easy to follow. I built the stock version and the only thing I changed were the wheels and tires. I used a set of Pegasus center lines. I painted it in Model Master's black and used bare metal foil on the chrome. The Interior was done tan with teal details. I would recommend this kit to builders of all skill levels. I want to buy a couple more of these kits for customizing. The only thing I can say is Buy this kit.

I am very impressed with the level of detail in this kit. From the detailed frame and suspension, the engine compartment and the interior. I do a lot of research on the cars I build and this was one of the most enjoyable builds in a long time.
