This is a 1/196 U.S.S. Constitution Plastic Ship Kit. This Revell- Monogram model is a skill level 3 for advanced modelers, ages 12 and up.

The U.S.S. Constitution was the first ship commissioned by the United States Navy. The ship won the nickname "Old Ironsides," when cannon fire from the Lordly enemy "bounced off the Yankee frigate as if the sides were made of iron." Today, it's anchored at Boston Harbor as a memorial to the days of great sailing ships and fighting men.
