1/35 SpPz 2 Luchs

This is a 1/35 Plastic SpaePz 2 "Luchs" Model Kit from Revell. It's rated skill level 5 and is for ages 10 and up.

The SpaePz 2 was introduced into the West Germany army in the mid 1970's. The craft is well armed, has an NBC protection system, and is known for its low-noise running. The vehicle is also completely amphibious and is able to surmount water obstacles quickly and independently. It is driven by a 389hp 10-cylinder, multi-fuel engine and is driven by a crew of 5.

The SpaePz 2 rides on eight vinyl tires with realistic tread and a detailed suspension system.
Propellers for water propulsion are included.
Hatches can be fitted in an open or closed position.
Rotating gun turret is fixed with a machine gun and a small cannon.
Tools, lights, and gear dress the hull of the craft.
The exterior surface of the hull is finely crafted with bolt heads, metal seams, and small hatches.
