MICRO SHEAR SPRUE CUTTERS

This sprue cutter works well in most removals, but for smaller parts with similarly smaller sprue, or when the part is so close to the sprue that there is no sufficient gap on which to cut, I recommend a scalpel blade. Without much effort it leaves a nice cut but I would not use to remove parts that are joined close to the sprue. Overall a good Testors product. I am not sure but I understand that Testors has discontinued their tool product line as well. Still, I recommend this pair of cutters if available.
