Description This is a 1/48 Plastic McDonnell Douglas F-18 Hornet Fighter Aircraft by Testors. For modelers age 10 and over.
Facts The F-18 Hornet is powered by two GE F404 turbofans, which the total thrust exceeds 32,000 pounds. This is enough power to enable F-18s to fly nearly twice the speed of sound and to climb to a combat ceiling of 50,000 feet. Nine weapons stations make the aircraft fully mission adaptable. In addition, an internal M61 20mm gun is carried.
