This is the Tristar Models 1/35 Scale German Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf D/TAUCH Covertible Plastic Model Kit from MRC Ages 10 and older.

In 1940, 42 Panzer IV tanks were converted into the Tauchpanzer or "diving tank" for Operation Sea Lion. Most joined the 18th Panzer Regiment.
