- A special lighting unit, which installs in seconds, is included with the kit to capture the drama of a working fire. This fully assembled flasher circuit is complete with colored bulbs to capture the dancing motion of flames, bringing the building to life.
- Up where the roof used to be , there are "charred" roof trusses and blackened shingles along with a "damaged" interior wall. The stucco walls of the lower floor also show signs of smoke damage. All the parts are molded in color to make painting optional.
