- Bigger is the key word to profitability for today's railroads, and these extra-tall box cars help pay the bills on many lines. Designed to handle paper rolls 10' or more in diameter (now used for magazine and newspaper production), these cars are a frequent sight alongside paper mills and printing plants as well as in passing trains.
- They'll look great alongside George Roberts Printing (933-3046), or if space is at a premium Variety Printing (933-3161), as well as Superior Paper Co. (933-3060, now retired, but may still be available at some shops).
- The cars feature separate door details, end ladders and brake platforms, optional formed wire grab irons for sides and ends (with molded-on starter points to simplify drilling), working knuckle couplers, a snap-on roof and bolted-in weight and underframe. Choose from eight modern schemes with three different car numbers for each road; two in the 2-Packs and the third on the single car. (An undecorated single car is available for customizing for your own road too.)
