This is a Green Grass ReadyGrass Vinyl Mat by Woodland Scenics Suitable for Ages 8 & Older.

Product Features

White vinyl mat with pre-applied undercoat pigment and colorfast blended turf.
Non-shedding so there's no mess! Durable and tear resistant.
Can be molded into a hill or valley with a heat gun.
Scrape off the turf to create roads and water areas.
Instructions.
