- Shoehorned alongside mainlines and sidings, the local fuel dealer was well known to everyone in town. Coal for home heating, as well as commercial accounts like small factories and stores, could by bought by the bag-full or the ton and delivered to your house. As oil furnaces became common, many dealers expanded their line to include home heating oil too.

The model is complete with detailed "concrete" storage silos, a small office with attached scale platform area, oil tanks, truck filling rack, coal conveyor, hopper unloader and fencing to build a complete scene. And like the prototypes, the buildings are easily arranged to fit in odd-shaped spaces.
- Typical of facilities commonly seen in the US from the 1920s to the 1960s, it can be built as a free-standing business. Many fuel dealerships were often operated by the local lumber yard or grain elevator, opening additional industrial ideas for using other Walthers kits and accessories.
