This 1/72 scale kit from ICM is for the most part a solid, well thought out one if I may add. The pros of this aircraft are like many ICM kits have more than one version. The one I've chosen is on the cover of the box flown by 1st Sentai Commander Toshio Kato, Nomonham, June 1939 The other three versions you could do are 84th Dokuritsu Tutai, China, 1939, 10th Tutai, China, April 1940, and 59th Sentai, 2nd Tutai, Nomonham, June 1939. The painting of the aircraft is very well done and I had no issues with the decals as they came out nicely.
The cons of the aircraft are that the engine is too big for the fuselage. This resulted of the engine cowling not fitting on the aircraft properly so at first I used putty on the cracks but it didn't work. Then I tried using clear glue but it didn't work either. Finally I ended up using painters tape and repainted the nose of the aircraft and it worked better than everything else I've tried I also found out that putting the landing gear was a little awkward than what I've worked on in the past but it was ok. There are also some translation errors but nothing serious. So on a scale of 1-5, I'm going to give it a 4.5 out of for reasons stated earlier. This is too cool of an aircraft to pass over and I highly recommend it to everyone
