Kudos to Imex for covering the Korean War which no other manufacturer does. Figures are of excellent sculpting and detail, but separate heads and arms are somewhat redundant. Would have given a 5-star rating if it wasn't for the excessive number of casualties which may be appropriate for dioramas but not for war-gaming purposes.

Good set. One of the few sets from the Korean War. Detail is good but could be crisper, with good painting a lot of detail would become more apparent as the light grey colour washes out some of the finer detail until painted. There are a total of 50 figures in 15 poses. All poses are realistic, even the bugle player. Most poses are action/combat oriented, but include 1 pose (3 figures) of wounded and 2 poses (3 each) of KIA. Also included is one pose of surrendering troops. Weapons include rifles, grenades, light MGs, heavy MG (my fave). The most unusual weapon is the pose with a Molotov cocktail. Overall a good set from an under represented timeframe.
