I love the kit, that being said it is not perfect. The fort, while being adequate, is not a perfect replica of the fort shown in the 1939 movie of the same title. (Yes, I have the movie also). It is usable, and with small modifications will be closer to that shown in the movie. The Arab camp is nice, but is lacking in palm trees (easily avail from many sources). The French Foreign Legion is nice without being spectacular. The big fault is the officer, he is clearly from the British Zulu War sets. By carving the helmet into a kepi and cleaning up the casting, a good likeness can be had. The Arabs are mostly well suited with the exception of three on each tree - those are fuzzy wuzzies from the Khartoum battle over in the Sudan. Oh Well...they can be used in other places. Overall, the kit is good and should be considered for anyone wishing to game this scenario or the Wind and and the Lion.
