I purchased this truck for the bunk to use on my FLC truck build and was going to just use this truck for scrap parts. I finally decided I would build it and make a day cab out of it so I started the build only to find out it did not come with the big air bag suspension but the same generic suspension as the Superliner, Western Star, and FLC also the wrong radiator upon further investigation this kit came with the wrong parts tree luckily I found a parts out radiator online also the holes in the chassis did not match up with the side fairings so I cut them down and added quarter fenders the battery box had no cover(box just shows batteries) had to make one I purchased the rear day cab panel online witch I already knew I would would have to do that to make it a day cab I could have easily scraped this build but I did finish it. It is what it is maybe I received that 1 kit in a million if I were to buy this kit again it would only be for parts

Overall, I’m pretty happy with the results. That said, I have to say this kit fought me all along the way. Some sections of the kit were spot on with good fit and finish. Others look like two different engineers designed parts and didn’t talk to each other. Multiple cases where parts were just plain designed incorrectly. I would still recommend the kit but keep in mind the issues and be prepared for some creative solutions.
