This is a very nice track-side structure whether or not it is operational or abandoned on your layout. It only took a few hours to complete and I encountered no problems. The parts fit well and the instructions were clear. The spout is movable and the counter-weights and chains add realism to the tower. I suggest substituting a thin sheet of wood for making the roof for the pasteboard sheet provided in the kit. It will look much nicer (see photo gallery).
