Neat old school kit re-issue,w/the new tooling! All the part options to build any one of at least six different versions, w/lots of left over parts to restock your spares box!! You're gonna' want to get at least 2 kits to build! Been waitin' for this for a while ,and it was worth the wait. Nice clean molds, fairly easy assembly,(once you finally settle on which version to build!) The frame assy'. was the only tricky part on this one ,if you build the narrowed front end version, so take your time on this step, and follow directions, with lots of test fitting, and you'll be fine. The rest of the assembly was straight forward. I built mine as the chopped coupe, w/hemi and painted as on box art. I added fuel lines, and plug wires from Mag. to plugs, as the motor is exposed, it needed at least these details. Oh, also, the other tricky part was the front wheels. I filed the wheel hubs thinner on the outsides to give me more exposed axle ends, so I could heat-flare the ends then glue on the axle caps. This was the only way I could get them to roll freely, And I like mine to roll. Ya' never know, I just might want to take 'em out of the cases some day and play with 'em on the floor!!! :) The kit comes w/a driver figure and the molded detail is very strong ,making it easy to paint the details. Fit of all parts is good, once you get past the frame and front end assy's. Also, with all the parts, a good bargain for the cost. Not recommended for the novice,but good for experienced, or senior builders.
