I'm certain that if you ask anybody to name a car from a television show most people who answer The General Lee from The Dukes of Hazzard. Even though it's been over 30 years since it went off the air it's the most popular car on television. There have been many models of the cars from the show, and this model is based on one episode where the Dukes tricked Sheriff Roscoe into thinking the General Lee was destroyed, and its ghost was haunting him, by using glow in the dark paint. This model is showing its age as there was a lot of flash on the pieces of the kit. As a result many of the pieces didn't fit together. I couldn't put the air cleaner on the engine because the valve covers stuck up too high. The only good thing about this kit is that the pieces and the decals glow in the dark when exposed to sunlight during the day. If you paint the parts they won't glow, so I painted the engine, drivetrain, and interior because I thought the body should be the only thing that glows in the dark. Be prepared to do a lot of work to make a decent model

This car model kit is molded in orange that glows in the dark Inspired by one of the episodes of the famous television show of season 2. This is a great kit to give as a gift to your son, nephew or child above 10 years old. Younger children may need assistance building.
