It takes a special scene for this beautiful Preiser figurine to fit in and fortunately my whimsical shelf railway that runs 'round my office has just the place: the entrance to Fantasy Land. He stands under the archway at the entrance selling balloons to visitors as they enter. Preiser detail, bright colors *and* the balloons almost move in the breeze.
