Hard Wire/Cable Cutter by Xuron is designed for cutting hardened wires, music wires, and wire cable. Features: * Cutter has a rated capacity of up to (0..40") in diameter. * Full by-pass shear cutting action results in "pinch free" cuts and minimizes "unwrap" on twisted wire cable. * Pronounced "whack" has a special configuration to its cutting jaws and is selectively heat treated to ensure both low cutting effort. * and extended durability. * Blue rubber grips for enhanced comfort. * Convenient return spring which opens the tool after each use.
