Features: * Built in Brainerd, Minnesota, these wooden box cars were used to avoid the USRA allocations. The cars were based on an earlier but shorter design, and were fitted with both a steel center sill and truss rods to provide additional strength. Some lasted into the 1950s. * These kits consist of thin, flexible, styro-urethane castings, stripwood, Tichy brake parts, reformed wire garb irons and instructions. Cars do not include couplers or trucks.
