Based on MO Tower, the prototype of this kit served the Pennsylvania Railroad at Creston, Pennsylvania, and similar towers were found all along the railroad. In service from 1899 until 1994, arrangements were made to preserve MO, but it collapsed w hile being moved off railroad property and was sadly demolished in December, 1998.
