Torquemasters are slow motion stall motors engineered to stall when the tension of the point rail against the stock rail exceeds the torque of the motor. This means that once the Torquemaster throws the points there's nothing that'll slip through t he joint. The throw speed is between 4-5 seconds regardless of the scale modeled.
