How to Use
Our Easy Order system
Our ordering system is so easy and straight forward that it only takes 6 simple steps to explain it.

- Simply browse through our extensive on-line catalog and find the item that you would like to purchase.
- Enter that item into your shopping cart by clicking on the 'ADD ME' button.
- This will pull up your shopping cart listing the item/s you ordered with the product number, description, retail price and Hobbylinc's discounted price (the price you pay). Next, enter the quanity of that item that you wish to purchase. If you only want one of the item you do not need to enter the quanity. The default quantity is one. If you change the quantity hit the refresh button to change the quantity and recalculate the total. Then hit the 'Continue Shopping' button if you wish to add different items to your cart. If you do not change anything in your shopping cart use the 'BACK' button to return to the page you were viewing.
- Repeat until all desired items have been entered into your shopping cart. You can view the shopping cart contents at any time by clicking on one of the shopping cart icons located on every page.
- When you are satisfied with your shopping cart contents, click the 'CHECK OUT' button. Complete instructions are provided on-line for each additional step by clicking on the link by the field you have questions about.
- The system is easy to use, and instructions will be given as you go.
Provided that you enter your e-mail address in correctly you will receive a copy of the invoice within 5 minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive a copy of the invoice then please contact us via e-mail so that we can correct your e-mail address.
Don't Trust Internet Ordering?

- We make every effort for you to feel safe ordering over the internet. We offer several ways for you to submit payment information if you are still not sure about placing your credit information on-line.
- You can pay by either check or Money order. You still use the on-line ordering system, simply check the box marked 'Check or M.O.' on the payment screen. The system will then provide a copy of the invoice and complete mailing instructions for sending in your payment.
- You may also call us to provide payment information. Simply click the 'CALL US' button on the payment screen. The system will provide you with a 1-888 number for leaving payment information. This is an automated system and is only for leaving payment for an order already placed on-line. You may also call 1-706-654-0176 9am-5pm M-F Eastern Standard Time and provide payment information for an order placed on-line.
- If you can not figure out our system at all, you may call 1-706-654-0176 M-F 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time and place your order over the phone. Please note that the sales representatives do not have detailed product knowledge or product availability.
- Once you have ordered from Hobbylinc you have an account with us. So for future orders you have the option of
using the credit card established for your account instead of having to call us each time with your payment information.
Remember, if you have any questions that are not answered on-line please send us an E-Mail. All E-Mails are answered. We usually attempt to have all questions answered within a 24 hour period. You can also call one of our sales Reps at 1-706-654-0176 9am-5pm M-F EST.
