Nice recessed panel lines/rivets, cockpit and wheel wells. Decals are nice too and I used them. Better quality kit than what they put out in the '80s. Great kit and much cheaper than the Tamiya.

Another beautiful model from Revell. Beautiful detail and decal sheet.I built this one straight from the box, no modifications at all.It was a beautiful build no problems at all.I am trying to build the entire first generation jets, F-80 through F-106 in 1/48 scale and where ever available they are Revell Or Monogram kits, the only ones I have not found yet are a F-86D SabereDog and F-89 Scorpion.

"About Time"

About time Revell comes out with recess panel lines. The detail is outstanding along with great decals that match. The decals are also include for the bomb, rockets and MK 7 nuclear bomb. The kit also includes a extra canopy which you could then do a earlier B/C/D/E version. Just remove inflight refueling probs. Check your reference books. I used Squadron Signal which Hobbylinks sells. The only cons would be 2 panels on the fuselage that I had trouble getting flush. The pylon is wrong if you want to hang the MK 7 bomb. This kit allows you to do different versions which makes it worth buying again and doing something different.
