This kit is by far one of the nicest kits I have built. There is little to no flash. There are no mold lines on the body. Lots of color call outs in the instructions. I did not have to use any putty to fill gaps, as everything fit together like it should. The decals went down nicely with MicroSet to help them conform to shape. The kit comes with Mesh for the intakes, window masks, and photo etch. I had only two problems with the kit: First what color to paint it (I went with pearl white) and second aligning the door hinges so the doors shut and opened properly. There are many aftermarket upgrade kits for this model as well. I used Scale MotorSports carbon fiber kit SMS7009 and photo etch SMS8009 (see my reviews for both). Due to part count and multiple piece assemblies that have to be aligned perfectly to get them to meet up with other multi part assemblies I recommend this kit to modelers with some experience.

One of my all time favorites. As other reviewers have said, things fit, the detail is amazing, and the directions are perfect. I didn't use Tamiya paint, but followed pretty closely the color scheme suggested. You just can't get any better than this kit. Hope to do another.
