Another great kit from Tamiya. Went together like a dream, I used aftermarket decals on it and some canopy masks.

This is a good kit by Tamiya but there are a few odd things about it. The fuselage plastic comes chrome plated which I guess is meant for a less experienced modeler so they dont have to paint it. As soon as you cut it off the sprue, you have to paint it because of the clean up required. Meant I had to sand the whole thing down. Just weird. The decals are not typical Tamiya quality and the wingtip tanks only have the white so if you want the red and the blue to match, you have to paint where the decals would have gone. I ended up painting all of the red white and blue graphics. Just weird. Other than that, nice quality kit and fun to build.
