Good for navy ships and aircraft. Less goopy than the old testors gloss gray, so that is an improvement. Good to mix with other colors too.

"Wonderfully Well-Behaved, Fast-Drying, Myriad Uses"

For 55 years 1138 has been my go-to color for 1/48 radial engine crankcases, plus myriad other applications. I'm fixin' to paint one of those Tamiya '42 Ford staff cars in this color, to represent a Navy sedan. You can work out where you'll use this stuff for yourself, but if you're like me, it's like silver and black: you'll never be without it.

As always Model Master paints do not disappoint. I am in the process of building the B9 Robot from Lost in Space and needed a few different shades of gray to bring out the areas of the model. This is just one that I purchased and it is working fine for giving me the color adjustments I am looking to produce.
