"best bang for your buck"
Felgenhauer98
This is the only stuff i buy for brush painting. Its got excellent coverage and its not blotchy. Gives you the best bang for your buck if you do a lot of modeling.

"Good rust, but needs additions"
nathans138
This is a pretty good base for general rust, although I like to add dark brown, or orange, or copper sometimes for variations in the rust.

"Excellent for weathering model railroad rolling stock"
Syclone0044 (Milwaukee, WI)
I airbrushed this 50/50 with Lacquer Thinner in my Badger 200 airbrush using a spare tire from 40 PSI until 10 PSI, and it worked great. I barely even had to stir the paint, it was real nice & smooth. Painted my wheels & trucks and loco sideframes, really made a big difference. I added in varying amounts of Flat Black (almost 50% in some cases) and a little flat gray to vary the shades until I got the colors I wanted. My only regret is that I ran this bottle dry faster than any model paint I've ever used in my life! Once I started airbrushing, this seemed like the perfect color to spray just about everywhere!

"Paint review"

This is a very good paint for painting plastic scale model cars. I use it in an airbrush and I mix it in a 2 bottles of paint to 1 bottle of cheap laquer thinner and it covers well and gives a nice smooth finish.

Comments

  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • Highly Flammable Paint.
  • Use with adequate ventilation.
  • In case of eye contact, flush eye with water for fifteen minutes and seek medical help.
  • If airbrushing, use Airbrush Thinner (TESR2999)
