"Ok for different use"

I got this to use for WWII ship decks... from my view this is not what is best. Although it is a good color, i would not suggest it for wooden decks. That said, this is still good, it has good consistency and it actually gets a bit better if its aged. If you leave the top off a few times here and there and let it get more air allowing it to thicken a bit more it puts a nicer coat on.

"Model Master Wood 1/2 oz"

as I paint mostly model ships I am always looking for ways to bring out the natural look of teh wood deck and so far this paint has worked best.

"Good for painting decks of ships"

I have used the wood color before and find it to be a nice clean look for decking on warships with wood-look decks. I am also going to try using this color on aircraft carrier decks and adding some weathering to give them a more used-look as I can't seem to find the right color for carrier decks of WW 2 ships.

"Perfect for ship decks and hulls."

I prefer this color for painting the hulls of sailing ships and the decks of battleships. I have tried other colors that the manufacturer has recommended, but I find this color to be more realistic. I also find it makes an effective finish for car interiors, and is a welcome break from a dull flat black

Comments

  • Highly Flammable Paint.
  • Use with adequate ventilation.
  • In case of eye contact, flush eye with water for fifteen minutes and seek medical help.
  • If airbrushing, use Airbrush Thinner (TESR2999)
