Nice looking kit

I just received this De Haviland Hornet F.1 Fighter kit by Trumpeter. As with previous Trumpeter model kits I've purchased, the parts sprues are well protected and packaged in several plastic bags. There are no damaged or distorted parts and no visible flash. The building and marking instructions are clear and concise. In summary, I'm looking forward to working with this kit.

A fun build

I just finished my De Havilland Hornet, and it is a awesome looking aircraft. The parts on the hangers were ease to remove and well marked with very little trimming . I was impressed at how well they fit and the landing assembly was one of the best fitting ones that I have put on . The decals were simple to apply and made the plane look great. Painting the plan was made simple by the two pictures of the plane and simple color scheme. This is my second Trumpeter model and it was a fun one to assemble .

This kit is finely detailed and is a fun build, with clear instructionsome and no appreciable fit issues. The result is a fine representation of this beautifully designed aircraft that any collector would be proud to put on display.
