This is a beautiful building. Fast and easy to assemble. Originally it was a Quick Mart, but I re-purposed it into a Hardware store. It comes with detailed instructions which were easy to follow. Again, I painted all my parts while on the splines. After the parts were dry, I cut them apart and sanded them and touched them up. I then lay each piece on the paper with corresponding numbers to make assembly easier. A printed cardboard sheet with products is included in the kit to be cut out and placed into the building. There are other signs which can be added if you want to. I added my own handwritten name to the face of the building and now we have our Hardware Store for the business district. Easy to construct but the front can be tricky- I used a cut down toothpick to hold the windows in place until the glue dried. All the pieces have little pegs and can’t be shifted. Don’t cut off any top or side tabs on the front door assembly they are needed to line up and join the fronts together. A stress free build.
