"Fantastic Looking Kit"
Vince (San Tan Valley,AZ)
This was an interesting kit to build and decorate.I added Rocky's Tavern to the outskirts of my fifties town. The pro's are it was a relative easy kit to assemble. The con's are the outside lamps are not the greatest.I didn't know the roof is cardboard and not metal overall its stlll a great kit.

"Great little model"
Grant S. (North Carolina)
I fell in love with this model on first sight. The sculpture is excellent. It is detailed and beautiful. I imagined joining my factory workers there for a beer after their shift. The casting is good, but there was some flash and the walls were a bit warped. This is definitely an intermediate-level model. A few problems lowered my rating to 4 stars: - the cardboard roof. Really? I replaced it with a roof I salvaged from an older plastic model. - The front wall was not level and required a lot of filing to fix. - I had to cut a base from posterboard to keep the walls from flexing. If you use a real CA glue this might not be a problem. - mounting the lamp wire really requires that you drill tiny holes in the model if you don't want the lamps to sag.

"Classy!"

Highly detailed and looks great when painted. The signs included give it realism.
