Impregnate long blade grass (of appropriate color; such as dry grass for winter in Europe or green for jungle) with clear paint. Then drape the impregnated grass over suspension components and let dry. After it has dried coat it Earth Effects Enamel, but not completely, so that some of the grass color will show.
