RS-3 Santa Fe #2100 DCC Sound

I have one of these critters. The Santa Fe had only one ALco RS3. Out-shopped in 1950, the unit’s original number was 2110 and it was a demonstrator that the Santa Fe purchased from the original owner, TP&W and renumbered to 2099 with the zebra stripe paint scheme. I don't know what year this happened. This DCC Sound Value engine has captured the sound of the prime mover very accurately. The engine runs well, pulls well and its overall appearance is accurate. The headlights are convincing too. I have it assigned to local freight. However the info in the ad for this engine differs from mine, listing the engine number as 2009 yet the illustration shows the correct engine number of 2099. Probably just a typo as the manufacturer's model number is the same. A good way to expand your diesel fleet with more affordable sound, so I can recommend this model with no complaints.
