First thing to mention is this thing is MASSIVE! Aside from being the A380 being the largest airliner on the planet this is done in a slightly larger 1/125 scale as opposed to the usual 1/144 or 1/200 of this type of aircraft. All of the pieces appear to be molded well and feel solid. The main fuselage is actually molded as 10(!) separate pieces (This may end up being a challenge to align properly during assembly). The landing gear wheels are molded in black rubber and a number of others have been done in black or silver colored plastic. I could have wished for a bit more detail in the engines; they use a single disk for the main engine fan as opposed to individually molded blades that other companies have started doing but overall well done. The decals are nice and detailed and a display stand is included. For the price this is a great model. P.S. This set is identical to the Air France version other than the included decals.
