Revell of Germany is known for producing top notch kits. This one is no different. This plane has 157 part but you will not need all of them for the Kaus variant. You can tell that great engineering and time went into designing and crafting this model. Details are very high and will be a good challenge to the experienced model builder. I decided to build the plane with the bomb bay doors open. Although this is strictly a night fighter my reasoning behind opening the bomb bay was to show the extra internal gas tank. Engine detail is very, very good. I felt bad building all that detail and having it covered up by the nacelle. So I looked on line at Dornier blueprints and pictures of modelers who build similar DO17's. I cut open only 1 nacelle so that the covers to raise up so the engine can be seen. Revell decals as always are some of the best to work with. This is a great kit and I highly recommend it.
