An older kit, but not bad for the price.

This is actually an M4A3 with parts to convert it to and M4A2. I didn't built the M4A2, I really didn't have an interest in cutting out the back deck and didn't feel like building this as a Russian tank. With some after market parts it can turn out pretty well. I've built four Italeri kits and must saw that the tracks are awful. They are too stiff that hot knife idea to melt the track together just needs to be abandoned. Do yourself a favor and toss the tracks and get some AFV club or some other aftermarket tracks. The tools are weak and not very detailed, the axe head is too short and the shovel doesn't resemble anything close to what it should look like. The barrel has this weird step that needs to be filed down to make it more accurate and the .50 cal is weak compared to other kits by other manufacturers. It went together without any fitting issues (because I didn't bother with the tracks). The turret needs a little work. The pistol port just isn't right but you can fix that with putty and Tamiya surface primer to give the turret a cast metal look. The transmission cover could also use that as well. Overall B-/C+ but with some work it can turn out just fine. My opinion it's a good, cheap kit to work on your model building skills. I've returned to the hobby after 30 years and kits like these are a good starting point. You're not out all that much if you mess something up. I didn't mind putting this together at all.
