This is a very simple kit to build, and it definitely shows its snap together heritage as half the parts will assemble without the need of glue. Instructions are plenty clear to follow and the parts are clean molded with very little need to trim flashing. I would have loved more detail (like an actual engine) but I understand that this is a cartoon car and most who would buy it are young or just young at heart and are more into the nostalgia, not the detail. I enjoyed building it and it was a great warm-up to start my winter modeling session with.
