I have not flown the Strato Cruiser yet, but I can comment on the build. The build was very straight-forward. The kit includes high-quality balsa nose cone and fins. The build only took me a weekend. However, it took me a week to complete the painting and finishing. I used the Testors Gloss enamel system with good results. The quality of the decals are great. I used micro set, and the decals snuggled down like they are painted on.
