The Walthers Mainline brand of cars is a great value in the moderately priced region of cars. It features actual Kadee #5 couplers and metal wheel sets. The roof walkway is see-through as well. Ladders and hand grabs are molded on. The underbody detail is good but not great. The paint and lettering is top notch, although a touch shiny. This car would be relatively new on my layout so I did minimal weathering. I only wish Hobbylinc carried a greater variety of these cars.
