I use the clamp on the bottle to help keep the cement in the bottle. I have had problems with that.

This strong cement enables this new to the Ost soldat carry that anvil. We know he is new because he is not tanned. This cement works well for my figures. I can fit, cement, adjust, and I am happy. The watcher is not helping nor likely to. That anvil is heavy
