Older release of the Hertz Mustang. Add-on brake and tire/wheel combo. Air brushed Testors flat black with 20 year old Boyd clear on top. Stripes are masked and air brushed with Testors gold. GT 350 is a decal from current kit. Window trim masked and air brushed with Testors Silver Chrome.

Rear quarter window broke while pushing it back into place after spreading the body over the frame. I will replace this with the louvered panel later.

GT350 is from the decal sheet of the current release. You can see how much nicer the gold paint looks and stands out from the decal. The decal sheet from this 15 year old release was misprinted, which led me to try my hand at masking. What a pain!

All chrome stripped with bleach. Front and rear bumpers were painted with Krylon Shinny Chrome rattle can. Turn signal lenses created with a drop of Testors Turn signal Amber. Tail lights painted with Testors Stop Light Red.
